Heiko regularly advises both German and international clients in a broad range of deal-related and other significant corporate, compliance and capital markets law issues.
He is particular experienced in advising industrialist families, family offices and family-owned businesses on public and private M&A deals (acquisitions, joint ventures, club deals and asset protection), succession issues and shareholder disputes. Also, he has advised various investment funds on co-investments with family offices.
Heiko works in Germany, with previous secondments to our London and Vienna offices.
